Can I get a refund if my application is denied?
Before you decide to use my service, I will check your basic criteria and assess your application eligibility. Based on my experience I will let you know if there is a chance your PR application will be denied. If you decide to proceed and use my service, that is entirely up to you. Please understand that I cannot provide refunds for rejected applications. If you provide me with accurate information I can give you your best chance at a successful application.
When do I have to pay?
After checking your basic criteria and eligibility, I can tell you how confident I am that your PR application will be successful. If you agree to proceed with my services after this assessment, I will then accept full payment. Once payment has been received, I will provide your necessary documents list and start filling out your application forms.
Do you provide assistance on Saturdays, Holidays, and evenings?
Yes, I will do my best to reply to your emails and messages within 24 hours, even on weekends and holidays. If you book your online consultations in advance, those are available on weekends and evenings.
