What is including in Permanent Residence consultation Package?
1.Starting correspondences
To check basic criteria please send me your request via email. (Free of charge)
If you would like to have an online meeting, I charge 3,300 yen / per hour. Later, if you decide to use “Permanent Residence consultation Package (33,000 yen), I will deduct this amount from the total fee. Once you decided to use “Permanent Residence consultation Package you can have Online consultation as many times as you want until you have submitted your complete application.
2. Gather supporting documents for your permanent residence application
If you meet the eligibility criteria and decide to use my service, based on the information you provide, I will give you a personalized list of all the supporting documents you need for your application.
Based on that list please gather the documents and if you have any questions along the way, please contact me any time via messages, calls etc.
3. Legal Review and fill out the application forms
Once you have collected all required documents, I will evaluate to ensure they meet government requirements and standards.
I will review your submitted documents as well as fill out your application forms, write your essay (sometimes required to explain why you would like to obtain Permanent Residence status in Japan), and other necessary documents.
4. Submitting your complete application to the immigration office
You can then apply to the immigration office in your jurisdiction by yourself. It will generally take 4-6months to hear back from Immigration.
